We want you to love your candle, but because items are handmade and made to order, our policies are as follows:

We accept returns or refunds only if:

Your candle arrives damaged

We made an error in customization

A product is defective

To request a return or replacement, contact us within 14 days with photos of the product and packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

Custom orders (unless defective)

Scent preferences or color variations
-
Normal variations of handmade items
