Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your candle, but because items are handmade and made to order, our policies are as follows:

We accept returns or refunds only if:
  • Your candle arrives damaged

  • We made an error in customization

  • A product is defective

​

To request a return or replacement, contact us within 14 days with photos of the product and packaging.

We do not accept returns for:
  • Custom orders (unless defective)

  • Scent preferences or color variations

  • Normal variations of handmade items
